joIN OUR TEAM
Our team is growing and we are now, until Jan 28th, taking applications for roles as Playground Instructors and Assistant Instructors, predominantly for work during school holidays. Enthusiasm, energy and experience is sought and will exchange for good money and great vibes.
Although we are predominantly looking for school holiday cover, we also run a variety of sessions for a variety of ages (including grown ups) so additional experiences could also work in your favour.
PLayground Instructors
Playground Instructors are in charge of running the show around here, delivering great sessions with energy and creativity. Experience in working with kids is essential and delivery of a range of sports/games is optimal but the most important characteristic for us is the energy you can bring and a willingness to develop your skills. And boy, do we love a responsibility taker, our sessions are dynamic environments so we need proactive people who show initiative and tackle situations head on.
Pay: From £12.25 p/h depending on experience

The Technicals
What We're Looking For:
✓ Experience working with children in active environments
✓ Strong leadership and communication skills
✓ Sports coaching or teaching background
✓ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
✓ Special skills in sports or other engaging activities
✓ Drivers Licence and car or ability to travel on Island
Ideal Candidates:
• ESOs/SESOs with energy to burn
• Qualified sports coaches
• Teachers who are gluttons for punishment
• Youth leaders with proven experience
