Where it all started for Active Souls, repurposing playground games for adults to enjoy together, unleashing our inner child and launching dodgeballs at all opportunities.

What started out as a bit of an experiment has snowballed into our very own take on a classic fitness class. Burning calories has literally never been so much fun (as an adult at least) and the community of awesome people goes far beyond anything we had ever imagined

FUTURES is the newest addition to the Active Souls quiver and has been an exciting opportunity for us to begin preparing future generations for lifelong involvement in sports and physical activity.

Maintaining Play at the heart of our Futures programme we believe all children deserve the opportunity to develop in a safe and enjoyable environment. Through Active Play our programmes focus on developing fundamental skills such as throwing and jumping in the most enjoyable way possible.

Our varied and engaging sessions are lead by a team of experienced and enthusiastic Playground Instructors and being Active Souls, there is always an emphasis on social connection and team work. ​

There have been some truly memorable moments coming out of our partnerships with local business. From Carpark Dodgeball and Office Manhunt through to custom Team Building sessions, Active Souls have proven ourself to be an excellent and adaptable option for business big and small.
